Moe, also known as the “drummer of power” by his peers, was the first person involved in Prema Yin’s music. After hearing Prema Yin’s own compositions, he pushed her forward to record and perform the songs with producer Greg Henderson.

He was quite active in the German underground music scene during the early 90′s with several bands and performing on a regular basis with a 40 piece Big Band playing drums and percussions. After finding his way to Malaysia and a 10 year hiatus he joined a jamming band which comprises of Ash Nair and former Deja Voodoo Spells bassist, Mel Yap. The session ended after Ash emerged as a finalist for Malaysian Idol Season 2 and Mel Yap returned to his home country Canada.

He subsequently formed a band called International Groove Collective with Nazim on guitars, KB on Bass and MC Haroon on vocals that was later replaced by Prema Yin.

He sessioned for artists and bands such as Pop Shuvit, Dragon Red, Reshmonu, Ash Nair etc. and made cameo appearances in local indie movies and video clips such as “Red Street Diner”, Pop Shuvit’s, “Let Sleeping Dog Lie” and Ash Nair’s “Crazy”.
